Quex Park Estate encompasses more than 1750 acres of diverse farmland and woodland, spanning across 2 distinctive farms. One farm is situated on Grade 1 calcareous brickearth soil, while the other occupies marshland silts of the Newchurch series. In addition to our primary holdings, the estate oversees the management of 5 other farming properties.
Our agricultural endeavors focus on cultivating a variety of crops, including milling wheat, winter and spring oats, field beans, and oilseed rape. We also grow potatoes under license on the estate, and cattle are responsibly grazed as part of a carefully managed agreement.
The Estate is a member of the Nature Friendly Farming Network. This is an organisation that unites farmers who are passionate about wildlife and sustainable farming.
At Quex Park Farming, we are more than just farmland; we are a thriving community hub, a provider of top-tier agricultural services, and stewards of our rich, expansive land. Our dedication to excellence, sustainability, and community engagement drives everything we do. Below you can find more information about what we do for our community, our services, and our land.
